Guy Fieri’s customized 427 Corvette will head to Barrett-Jackson in Scottsdale, Ariz. to be auctioned for charity, but first it made a stop at this year’s SEMA Show.
Far from an ordinary ‘Vette, it car mixes elements from both the Z06 and the ZR1, making it the fastest convertible Corvette Chevrolet has ever built. Powered by a 7.0-liter LS7 V8, the car makes 505 hp and 470 lb-ft of torque.
Apart from being the brand’s fastest drop top, it also gets a series of touches to set it apart from the crowd. That includes Fieri’s “knuckle sandwich” logo on both front quarter panels and embroidered in both of the seat headrests.
Painted black with a double yellow racing stripe running from from to back, the car also gets matching black wheels. It continues that color scheme in its open air cabin with yellow stitching and black leather upholstery.
